Development of a Platform Business Model for Co-creation Ecosystems for Sustainable Furniture

Existing design platforms with multi-dimensional value chains currently have deficits in terms of their business models, resulting insufficient attention to sustainability goals and individual requirements for products these platforms. Co-creation approaches, such as the Do-It-Together (DIT) approach furniture, involve customers manufacturers equal partners production process. This allows more influence on individualization products. The existing literature addresses sustainability-oriented principles platform but concrete models multidimensional DIT co-creation furniture are still missing.
